How Ordering from the UK Works
- Enquiry: send your drawing, sample or product reference with the quantity you need.
- Samples: samples from existing tooling are typically ready in about 3 working days. Custom tooling is quoted separately.
- Approval: you approve the sample, finish and packing, and we confirm the delivery date.
- Production & inspection: drawing, plating and inspection are all done in our own factory.
- Shipping: we ship by air or road to your UK address, with the commercial invoice, packing list and origin documents.
Trade Between Turkey and the UK
Since 1 January 2021, trade between the two countries has been covered by the UK–Turkey Free Trade Agreement. Goods that meet its rules of origin can qualify for preferential tariff treatment on import to the UK. Your customs broker can confirm the applicable commodity code, duty and VAT position for each product.

Do you ship directly to the UK?
Yes. We export directly from our factory in Istanbul to customers across England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland, by air or road freight depending on volume and urgency.
Are there import duties on goods from Turkey into the UK?
The UK–Turkey Free Trade Agreement, in force since 1 January 2021, allows goods that meet its rules of origin to enter the UK at preferential tariff rates. Duty and VAT treatment depends on the commodity code and your import arrangements, so please confirm with your customs broker. We supply the commercial invoice, packing list and origin documentation.
Which Incoterms do you offer to UK customers?
We commonly quote EXW or FCA Istanbul, or delivered terms to your UK address, depending on your preference and whether you use your own forwarder. Tell us your preferred terms when requesting a quote.
Can UK brands order custom logo snap buttons and brass parts?
Yes. Logos are engraved into our own tooling, so custom snap caps, jean button shells and rivet caps carry your brand. For custom deep drawn brass parts, we work from your drawing or sample.
What are your working hours for UK customers?
Our sales team works Monday to Friday 08:30–18:30 and Saturday 09:00–13:00 Turkey time (GMT+3). That is two or three hours ahead of the UK, depending on British Summer Time, so most of the UK working day is covered.
